Metal disk pulled from Delaware river is evidence extraterrestrials visited us, alien hunter claims

After an odd-looking metal disk was dredged from the Delaware River on Monday, September 1, conspiracy theorists believe they have found a small UFO. Scott Waring, a Controversial alien researcher claims he is convinced this is possible evidence extraterrestrials have visited Earth.

Waring took to his UFO Sightings Daily site to speculate about the discovery.

According to Mr. Yoakum, its value is $17.68.

He said: “The object has perfect dimensions of being a self-contained disk. It is similar in size and appearance to many drone disks seen coming out of larger UFOs.”

On the other hand, Waring does admit locals in Delaware were joking about the metallic disc-shaped anomaly.

Years ago, White Sands Campground had a water park and a small lake nearby.

After that, he also claims to be contradicting local media:

“The object will soon be investigated by the US government and analyzed by scientists to verify what it is.

“I do believe it is an authentic drone disk that either outlived its usefulness and it ditched itself in the water.

The disk may have been there for hundreds of years from the looks of it.

“Or a disk that was struck by lightning which would be too much for a little drone to handle.

“The disk may have been there for hundreds of years from the looks of it.”

However, The Akron Beacon Journal then offers a far more realistic explanation for the strange object. According to the site, the city sent a lighthearted tweet with pictures of the operation:

They wrote: “Hey @NASA if you’re missing an Apollo capsule, it overshot the ocean and splashed down in our Olentangy River.”

Locals in Delaware were joking about the metallic disc-shaped anomaly.

The disk then was taken for ‘analysis,’ and the paper was eventually salvaged at a local recycling center, putting to rest any further thoughts that the item was alien in any way.

Lee Yoakum, the city spokesman, said the likely explanation is more earthly although the concave disk does bear a striking resemblance to a rocket’s heat shield.

Yoakum also said: “It appears that might have been some kind of water feature that broke free of its moorings and sank.”

He also claimed its value is only $17.68.

“It is similar in size and appearance to many drone disks seen coming out of larger UFOs.”

According to skeptics and NASA, the so-called spaceship might be described by the term ‘pareidolia.’

This is a psychological phenomenon in which the brain deceives people into believing they are seeing familiar items or forms when they are not.

“Pareidolia is the psychological phenomenon where people see recognizable shapes in clouds, rock formations, or otherwise unrelated objects or data” NASA explained.

“There are many examples of this phenomenon on Earth and in space.”
